Shipping Methods

We ship from 2 to 3 days a week. If your order is after 6 PM it is registered for the day after, it won't be shipped the same day of the purchase in case of Swiss Post Priority option.

We do not ship weekends.

Domestic

Domestic shipments are provided by Swiss Post Priority (1-2 working days) or Swiss Post Economy (2-3 working days). As soon as the shipment is released we will send you a notification by e-mail. 

Shipping costs varies depending on the quantity you decide to purchase.

Swiss Post Economy: flat rate 8 CHF

Swiss Post Priority: flat rate 10 CHF

International

International shipments are provided by Swiss Post Priority or Swiss Post Economy, delivery time depends on the destination. As soon as the shipment is released we will send you a notification by e-mail. 

Shipping costs varies depending on the quantity (weight) you decide to purchase, for countries in Europe:

Swiss Post Economy: starts with 9 CHF

Swiss Post Priority: starts with 13 CHF

Shipping costs varies depending on the quantity (weight) you decide to purchase, for the rest of the World:

Swiss Post Economy: starts with 11 CHF

Swiss Post Priority: starts with 18 CHF

Please keep in mind that you will be charged with customs and import tax/duty fees that are based on the full purchase price, including freight. These are charges we cannot prevent.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

What you bought is either too big or too small or it wasn't how you expected? We get it. Just send us an email telling us what the problem is and we'll be glad to help you out. All returns are "postage to be paid by recipient" and you'll receive a full refund of the product/s as we get the item/s.

In case you wanted to change your order, send us back the item you want to change and specify what other product you want instead. When the package is sent back to us, please give us the tracking number of the package, just in case it gets lost!

All returns must be within 2 weeks.

Items that are returned damaged or stained will not be refunded. If the product is returned due to being stained or damaged no refund will be given.
